Return and Refund Policy: Effective 26/07/2024
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If youβre not happy with your order, you can return the items within 30 days of receiving them.
Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for items that are on sale or marked as non-returnable.
How to return
1. Contact us: Please email our customer service team at hello@koolyklothes.com to request a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Label: Once approved, we will send you a return label.
3. Ship back:Pack the items securely and attach the return label. Drop off the package at your nearest post office.
2. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@koolyklothes.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
